Can I send WAV or MP3 Files? Yes, your WAV or MP3 files will be given to our head engineer to prepare a master CD ready for duplication. All masters are then put through our checking software for errors with a print out to confirm it is suitable for duplication. Please send CD text, ISRC codes and UPC codes if you wish these embedded onto the disc.
Can I send a DDP File? Yes, a Disc Description Protocol is a format used for CD duplication or CD replication. This file has embedded CD text, ISRC codes and UPC codes.
What are ISRC codes and how do I get them? ISRC, or International Standard Recording Codes, are 12-digit unique identifiers for your recordings. They allow an artist or label to track sales, airplay and royalties. ISRC codes are required by most digital distribution companies and music purchasing sites in order to sell your music online. WHAT IS DUPLICATION? The content of your master is transferred to a hard drive. Then, the data residing on the hard drive is 'burned', meaning it is transferred bit for bit to a pre-manufactured write once CD-R. From small orders from 1 unit to the many 1000's we can support you with all your CD duplication requirements.
