All businesses have day-to-day responsibility for data protection. The General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) covers the UK and is tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018. It explains each of the data protection principles, rights and obligations and summarises the key points needed to be compliant to  ICO guidance and statutory ICO codes of practice.

Oxford Duplication Centre Ltd digitise  confidential and sensitive document and archival data for a wide range of organisations including the NHS, corporate, heritage and consumer clients.  Under GDPR Regulation, we ensure robust data security and confidentiality processes which are implemented in each project. We are fully compliant to the General Data Protection Regulation (ICO registration number ZA400311) and ensure our premises, staff, operations and systems comply with standards including ISO 27001 Information Security Management, Cyber Essentials Plus and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.
